You don't need a gym or fancy equipment to get a good workout.  You just need determination.  Give this tough one a shot.  Go as quickly as you can, while maintaining proper form. 

50 reps each, then 40, 30, 20, 10.

Burpees

Squats

Situps

(intermediate start at 40 reps each)
