Weekend Workout | 03.26.16

Here's a quick interval workout to fire up your weekend.  Move as quickly as you can.

45 seconds per exercise. Count your total reps. Rest 90 seconds after all 4.  Repeat for 6 rounds, trying to match your reps each time.
