This is one of our favorite and most requested Weekend Workouts. It's all about steady work. Find a pace you can sustain. Try not to sprint until the last round. This one's definitely a marathon.
50 reps each, then 40, 30, 20, 10

This one may be simple, but it definitely isn't easy. There's no pacing here, just hustle. How far can you get??
7 min AMRAP
Mark off a distance of 10 yards.
Sprint down - do 1 Burpee
Sprint back - do 2 Burpees
Sprint down - do 3 Burpees
Repeat, adding 1 Burpee after each run.

My fitness journey started in hotel rooms. I was eating Taco Bell for breakfast and Jim Beam for dinner. I hated how I felt and had to make a change. But I had no equipment, little time and never knew my schedule day to day. All I knew was that I had to do something.
JUST DO SOMETHING - that was my motto, that was my goal. I challenged myself to be active every day. Push-ups at gas stations, Burpees in hotel rooms. Didn't matter as long as I did it. And it worked.
So now I'm challenging you guys! 30 days of doing something active every day. If you read our last blog post, you saw that we created a guide to help you out. Here's a quick interval workout to fire up your weekend. Move as quickly as you can.
45 seconds per exercise. Count your total reps. Rest 90 seconds after all 4. Repeat for 6 rounds, trying to match your reps each time.
